If the guest forgets or loses the room key, it would have a fee per MXN$150 to replace it.

If the guest leaves after the check-out time, would pay MXN$200 as extra fee per hour. And after 2 pm, if guest still at the room, would have to pay the amount of one additional night, without the right of stay.

If the guest wants to add an extra person to the reservation, must notify in advance, and will be charged MXN$200 per person per night.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
