Ground Transportation from airport to Marina - You will be transferred from the Airport to the Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina at Puerto Cancun, a 30 minute car ride from Cancun International Airport.

Pre Check in at the Marina – upon arrival to the marina our welcome team will escort you to either the vessel or a designated areathey can relish refreshments, pre check-in to their stay in anticipation of the upcoming voyage.

Once aboard the vessel, a delightful 20-minute journey unfolds, serenaded by the soothing sounds of the ocean. Arrival to property dock – As the embarkation glidesthe dock, you will be welcomed with a warm “Maalob kiin”. Welcome to paradise in Mayan. (Guests may book ground transportation with the hotels in-house transfer partner at the appropriate cost or may book it separately)

Applications to be picked up in the pier, should be sent 24 hours in advance of arrival between 9 am and 6 pm The applications made on the same day willbe permitted or granted. You must add the pick up in the confirmation document. Guests arriving late are responsible for their own transportation and must be responsible for their stay in Cancun, and will have to reprogram their transfer.
